The rooms here are spacious with wooden flooring and the swimming pool is great. The breakfast buffet offers multiple choices and is very good. The hotel has a comfortable lobby and offers free pick-up service from the airport. The location is very convenient for visiting Angkor Temples.
The hotel is a bit far from the town center and requires a $5 ride to visit the Old market. In terms of infrastructure, some rooms' air conditioning stopped working and it took some time to have it fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but some incidents caused inconvenience during the stay.
